COOKIES POLICY
What are cookies: Cookies are short text fragments (letters and/or numbers) that allow the web server to store information on the client (the browser) to be reused during the same visit to the site (session cookies) or later, even days later (persistent cookies). Cookies are stored, based on user preferences, by the individual browser on the specific device used (computer, tablet, smartphone). Similar technologies, such as, for example, web beacons, transparent GIFs, and all forms of local storage introduced with HTML5, can be used to collect information about user behavior and use of services. In the remainder of this policy we will refer to cookies and all similar technologies using simply the term “cookies.”

Preference management via banner and dedicated button
In application of the “Guidelines on the Use of Cookies and Other Tracking Tools” adopted by the Italian Privacy Guarantor, the user always has the option to easily change his or her preferences by clicking on the appropriate button visible from each page; the button is a pink, bottom-right tab that enlarges when you hover over it with your cursor, and the words “manage consent” appear.
Preference management via major browsers
Users can decide whether or not to accept cookies using their browser settings (we point out that, by default, almost all web browsers are set to automatically accept cookies). The setting can be changed and defined specifically for different sites and web applications. In addition, the best browsers allow you to define different settings for “proprietary” and “third-party” cookies. Usually, cookie configuration is done from the “Preferences”, “Tools” or “Options” menu.
